NORTHERN UGANDA RESILIENCE INNOVATION NETWORK
Northern Uganda Resilience Innovation Network (NURIN) is a registered company limited by guarantee. We hold our certificate registration number 80020003050639 and operate from Biashara Street, Apac Municipal, Apac district. Our liaison offices are in Kampala, NDA Building, Room 13, Plot 59 Nkrumah Road, Kampala.
Our Vision
Our goal is to enhance role of science, technology and innovation in serving developmental needs of Northern Uganda by promoting information, education, sports, research and innovation relevant to the needs of communities in Northern Uganda.
Our Mission
Through quality service delivery approach and community participation, NURIN shall develop programs and projects aimed at improving the livelihoods of the northern Uganda community. This includes supporting innovation and incubation spaces; promoting sports; and partnering with development agencies, civil society, local government, local media, academia and local knowledge resource persons. It also includes nurturing creativity and enterprise as well as mentoring of the youth, in particular, as key change agents within the community.
